WHAT IS A VALUATION ROLL

A valuation roll is a document that contains the municipal valuations of properties in the vicinity of Mohokare Local Municipality, which includes the three(3) towns of Zastron, Rouxville and Smithfield.

The municipality uses the municipal property valuation to calculate the rates you will pay for your property.

OBJECTION PROCESS

If you don't agree with valuation roll in terms of your property, you may lauch an objection.

Find the following guidelines procedures and forms to assist when objecting:

Completed objection forms together with supporting documentation must be submitted as follows:

It is advised that the objections are posted via registered mail as the Valuation Office will not take responsibility for lost items
